Barre class is fun and empowering. This class has the hottest music. And focuses  on postural strength and alignment,followed by upper body exercises using light weights. Ballet barre  is used to sculpt your lower body,abs, and for flexibility training.

Weight Training

Weight Training is a common type of strength training for developing the strength and size of skeletal muscles. It utilizes the force of gravity in the form  of Kettle bells,weighted bars. In order to oppose the force generated by muscle through concentric or eccentric contraction.

Tire Classes


Spicing up your  workout by flipping some Tractor or Semi Truck tires will definitely kick-up your cardio and burn a ton of calories. a added benefit is that you will feel invincible when you flip those tires.
